MANILA, Philippines — Presidential candidate and Manila mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” on Friday stated he would like to have the recommendation of President Rodrigo Duterte on the best way to win the presidency.

Moreno was reacting to Sen. Bong Go’s revelation that Duterte and his rival Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. shared his experiences and suggested the latter on the presidency.
